We process around 170,000 tons of fruit annually extracting purees, juice, puree concentrates and juice concentrates.
Our apples, pears, peaches, tomatoes, kiwis, apricots, berries, grapes and cherries are grown organically, conventionally or under contract, depending on your specific requirements. Our rich heritage and in-depth expertise of the sector enable us to make the ideal product for you ranging from NFC juice and fruit purees to juice concentrates and highly viscous puree concentrates.

Under the premise “Only the best for our little ones”, we employ our own agronomists who supervise and monitor the cultivation from flowering to harvest.
Zipperle has very strict incoming-goods controls with all raw material closely scrutinized by our in-house laboratory.
